The Third Party Risk Analyst at U.S. Bank plays a crucial role in supporting risk strategy and program management for Elavon Mergers and Acquisitions. This position focuses on Third Party Risk Management activities, ensuring compliance with related policies while identifying and mitigating operational risks. The analyst will work independently, manage third party relationships, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the company's risk management framework.

Responsibilities

• Support risk strategy and program management for Elavon Mergers and Acquisitions.
• Manage acquired third party relationships and ensure compliance with related policies.
• Develop programmatic controls to mitigate potential risks posed by Third Party relationships.
• Build relationships with business line contacts and subject matter experts in risk management.
• Produce detailed reporting for management and Second Line of Defense contacts.
• Collaborate with First Line of Defense risk teams to implement risk management initiatives.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than six years of applicable experience.
• Strong analytical, process facilitation, and project management skills.
• Effective presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other software packages.
