About the position

The Third-Party Routing Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the packaging process by ensuring that all third-party vendor approvals for packaging projects are efficiently processed. This position involves routing files and images for brands that contain third-party intellectual property, tracking approvals, and serving as a subject matter expert on the third-party approval process. The role requires effective communication with both internal and external resources to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Route artwork and images through vendor systems to gain third party approvals, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Prepare and share a spreadsheet to track all items routing.
• Act as a subject matter expert relevant to third party routing, including research and reconciliation regarding questions and approvals.
• Liaison between internal teams, clients, and third-party contacts.
• Keep related standard operating procedures (SOPs) up to date.
• Serve as first level support to clients for auditing purposes.
• Assist Tactical Design Managers/Project Managers as needed.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Proofreading and/or copy-editing experience preferred.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Required computer skills: Mac OS, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Understanding of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Consumer product company packaging knowledge or experience preferred.
• Associates and/or bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent of 3+ years' work experience.
