About the position

The Ticket Operations Coordinator at the historic Fox Theatre in Atlanta, GA, is responsible for providing operational and technical support to the Ticket Office. This role involves assisting the Ticket Operations Manager with various box office functions, including staffing, cash control, event management, and promoter relations. The coordinator will manage ticketing systems, oversee event operations, and ensure excellent customer service during approximately 200 events per year.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain events on the PACIOLAN system, including ticket inventory, offers, discounts, holds, marketing requests, and promoter needs.
  • Manage, update, and troubleshoot the ticketing system as required.
  • Assist the Manager, Ticket Operations with managing Ticket Office operations for approximately 200+ events per year, including night of show duties.
  • Represent the department in meetings as assigned.
  • Responsible for daily Cybersource reporting, ticket office receipts, show reporting, chargeback resolutions, and additional accounting responsibilities as assigned.
  • Assist with coordination of Ticket Office Supervisors and Associates, including staff meetings, scheduling, guest relations initiatives, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate and work with Group Sales and Fox tours on setup and builds.
  • Work closely with internal departments to provide analytics and data to measure effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, trends, and future opportunities.
  • In the absence of the Ticket Office Management, manage the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Office, including the Ticket Office personnel.
  • Other duties as directed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a ticketing environment.
  • Extensive experience working with ticketing software (preferably Paciolan) and Microsoft Office Products.
  • Experience in an environment where customer service is a priority.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Demonstrated competencies in oral and written communications, customer service, and business ethics.
