TICKET SALES/MARKETING INTERNSHIP

About the position

The Ticket Sales/Marketing Internship at the Toronto Blue Jays offers a unique opportunity for interns to gain hands-on experience in box office operations and marketing within a professional sports environment. Interns will support the Ticket Team by engaging with customers, selling tickets, and assisting with marketing initiatives, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate Ticketmaster Archtics software to make over the phone and in-person sales.
• Help resolve ticket related customer service issues in a professional and customer focused manner.
• Deliver Promotional Materials.
• Support the ticket team in achieving ticket sales goals.
• Assist front gate setup on gamedays.
• Serve as a resource for fans during events, ensuring a seamless ticket experience.
• Assist with setup of non-gameday events and gameday events.
• Assist social media team by getting content on gamedays and various events.
• Research trends and topics in the sports and entertainment industry to create content.
• Setup of promotional items on gamedays.
• Assist with vendor setup on gamedays.
• Attend community events with mascot.
• Other duties as assigned.
