Requirements

  • Previous Tier 1 user support experience, both deskside and remote.
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft product lines, specifically Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange, and MS Teams.
  • Ability to provision equipment for users.
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication with end users.
