Responsibilities

• New account set up while establishing and maintaining relationships with customers through opening, welcoming and interactive communication.
• Ensure customer requests and inquiries are met in a timely manner.
• Process customer orders from scheduling to invoicing.
• Process incoming service orders and correspondence with customers.
• Generate new quotes per requests.
• Perform other related duties assigned by manager.
