The Tier II IT Technician at Wise Auto Group is responsible for providing mid-level technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems within the automotive dealership environment. This role involves responding to technical requests with urgency, installing and configuring hardware and software, and resolving support tickets in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
