About the position

The TikTok Content Creator / PR Associate at Are You Am I is responsible for enhancing the brand's social media presence, particularly on TikTok, while also supporting public relations initiatives. This role requires creativity and strategic thinking to engage the audience and promote the brand effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create and post daily TikTok videos that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
• Monitor and respond to social media comments to foster community interaction.
• Promptly check and respond to Instagram DMs.
• Develop PR packages and manage gifting orders to enhance brand visibility.
• Track and review all posts and stories related to AYAI across social platforms.
• Conduct outreach to publications to secure brand features.
• Manage email communications related to PR, influencer collaborations, and other brand activities.
• Foster and maintain relationships with stylists to promote our apparel in various settings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly on TikTok.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with influencer relations and collaborations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion and trends.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in PR or marketing (excluding internships).
