About the position

Bucked Up is seeking a creative and results-driven TikTok Influencer Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our presence on TikTok. This role focuses on collaborating with influencers and creators to drive engagement and generate sales through TikTok Shops, ensuring that Bucked Up remains a leader in the fitness and supplement industry on the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and manage TikTok influencers and creators to promote Bucked Up products, increasing brand visibility and driving traffic to TikTok Shops.
  • Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and product goals.
  • Work closely with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content, including product reviews and tutorials, that resonates with Bucked Up's target audience.
  • Drive traffic to TikTok Shops, monitor sales performance, and work with the e-commerce team to ensure product listings and promotions are up to date.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and their management teams, ensuring successful collaboration and ongoing partnerships.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for TikTok campaigns, report on campaign performance, and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends, platform updates, and the competitive landscape to keep Bucked Up's content fresh and relevant.
  • Assist in managing the influencer marketing budget, including negotiating rates and ensuring campaigns stay within allocated resources.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, with a strong focus on TikTok.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, including current trends, algorithm updates, and best practices for driving engagement and sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with influencers and content creators.
  • Strong creative instincts and an eye for engaging, high-quality content that aligns with Bucked Up's brand.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and e-commerce platforms, with experience tracking key metrics and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the fitness and supplement industry is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with TikTok Shops or similar e-commerce integrations.
  • Previous experience in the fitness, supplement, or health and wellness industries.
  • Background in content creation, either as a creator or managing creator partnerships.
