The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the creator experience, which includes the onboarding process, the end-to-end creative process, and supporting creators in their growth and monetization efforts. In this role, you will gain insights into the needs of creators and drive the design and iteration of relevant products, such as publishing tools and the content management platform. You will lead the implementation of solutions, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure that goals are achieved efficiently. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with algorithm, operations, design, and development teams to ensure high-quality project implementation. The US product team is focused on understanding users, identifying opportunity areas, prioritizing problems to solve, and rapidly creating innovative user experience solutions.
