About the position

The TikTok Live Seller will represent Piper Lou Collection in live-selling events on TikTok, engaging with viewers and showcasing products in a fun and interactive manner. This role requires a charismatic individual who can deliver the brand's unique voice while driving sales through entertaining live streams.

Responsibilities

• Host live selling events on TikTok, showcasing Piper Lou Collection products with enthusiasm, confidence, and humor.
• Engage with a live audience in real-time, answering questions, providing product details, and creating a fun, interactive experience.
• Build a strong understanding of Piper Lou Collection's products and brand tone to deliver consistent messaging.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute live events aligned with brand campaigns.
• Track performance metrics during live streams, including audience engagement and sales conversion.
• Create content and coordinate additional promotional activities to drive traffic to live events.

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident being on camera for extended periods of time.
• Excellent communication skills with a natural, charismatic on-screen presence.
• Sales-driven with the ability to engage, entertain, and persuade audiences.
• Self-sufficient with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, digital environment.
• Availability for full-time hours, including some weekends.
• Ability to visit the office as needed (mainly remote).
• Experience with TikTok and social media selling preferred.
