About the position

The Tik Tok Live Stream Operation Assistant at Shine Beauty Company Inc. is responsible for supporting livestream hosts in executing promotional strategies, managing daily livestream operations, and enhancing the overall performance of livestreams. This role requires collaboration with hosts to drive sales growth through effective communication and project management skills, while also providing product training and maintaining long-term partnerships with top talent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with livestream hosts to develop and execute promotional strategies based on their niche, target audience, and buyer personas to drive sales growth.
• Provide comprehensive product training, covering functionality, features, and key selling points.
• Create strategic styles for our livestream hosts and design the layout for all aspects of the livestream room setup.
• Manage daily livestream operations, including TikTok account setup, scheduling, video content creation, and ongoing support and communication.
• Regularly monitor streams and review performance data with hosts to improve results.
• Consistently provide value to livestream hosts and maintain long-term partnerships with top talent.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) in Chinese and English or Spanish.
• Bilingual in both English & Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Strong passion for the entire industry and show exceptional enthusiasm.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.
• Well-versed in social media (IG, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

Nice-to-haves

• Douyin or Xiaohong Shu experience is a plus.
