The Agency & Creator Monetization Platform team is dedicated to developing and refining tools that enhance the business operations of talent and commerce agencies, enabling creators to maximize their monetization potential within TikTok's dynamic ecosystem. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth interviews and market analysis to understand how creators optimize their revenue streams and the role agencies play in this process. You will forge strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to define business strategies, articulate product roadmaps, and elevate the influence of the eCommerce creator community on Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). This role requires comprehensive ownership of the product feature lifecycle, from requirement formulation to post-launch evaluation, ensuring optimal product performance and user experience. Additionally, you will focus on innovating within agency workflows, particularly in integrating premium influencer marketing practices for brand and commerce initiatives.
