The role involves working closely with creators to promote merchandise effectively, leveraging TikTok's unique platform to drive sales for merchants. The responsibilities include identifying and onboarding ecommerce creators across key verticals such as Fashion, Beauty, and Home & Living, focusing on their sales performance metrics like Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and conversion rates. The manager will also be responsible for the affiliate product assortment strategy, optimizing the product pool, and formulating diverse creator campaigns to motivate creator activation and achieve sales goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address creator pain points and conducting data analysis to monitor business performance are also key aspects of this role.
