This role focuses on building partnerships for TikTok's e-commerce business in the US, leveraging our platform's reach of over 1 billion loyal users to create an innovative, secure, and intuitive e-commerce ecosystem. The Creator Operations team plays a crucial role in analyzing data and trends to develop strategies for managing and optimizing the performance of e-commerce creators. This includes identifying growth opportunities, improving content quality, and maximizing the impact of creator collaborations to drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and enhance brand visibility. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying potential merchandise ideal for live streaming and short video content. This involves conducting comprehensive research and analysis of these products across various e-commerce platforms. You will summarize the characteristics of hot-selling products and match them with suitable creators to amplify sales volume. Additionally, you will select products specifically for content-driven scenarios, collaborating with industry partners on negotiations regarding pricing, creating product bundles, and establishing commission frameworks. This role is pivotal in ensuring that TikTok remains at the forefront of the e-commerce landscape, providing a seamless experience for both creators and consumers.
