As a Data Science Leader at TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the e-commerce experience on our platform. The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth, and TikTok is poised to deliver an innovative and user-friendly shopping experience to millions of loyal users globally. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive data analysis of TikTok's e-commerce global user products, including shoptab products and transaction products. Your insights will drive product optimization and enhance the overall user experience. You will measure the performance of each e-commerce product across various countries and regions, providing actionable suggestions for product improvements. Additionally, you will design and maintain an event tracking system for each module of our global e-commerce products, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data collection. Your ability to describe business situations, explain fluctuations, and provide valuable insights through reports will be crucial in guiding strategic decisions. As a Data Science Leader, you will also design monitoring systems to reflect real-time changes in business performance and conduct A/B testing to determine optimal product designs based on data performance. Collaboration with Product Management, Operations, and Research & Development teams will be essential to implement optimization schemes that lead to tangible business growth. You will work closely with R&D and Data PM to build user-friendly data products that support our business objectives.
