As a Global Key Account Category Operations Manager for Beauty & Personal Care, you will play a pivotal role in the rapidly growing commerce industry, which has become a competitive space among leading Internet companies. Your primary responsibility will be to help brands scale their presence on TikTok Shop, ensuring that they receive the best service and support from our dedicated team. This position requires a deep understanding of the TikTok Shop proposition and ecosystem, as well as the needs and decision drivers for brands in the Beauty & Personal Care category. In this role, you will discover innovative collaborative models that align with merchants' short-term and long-term development plans. You will be responsible for effectively investing platform resources and executing business development strategies. A consultative approach is essential, as you will coach and enable brands to grow their business using the right tools, processes, and partnership models. As an operator, you will leverage data and analysis to forecast business performance and work cross-functionally to resolve challenges across merchandising, logistics, product, and platform. The ideal candidate for this position is an entrepreneur with strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for delivering results.
