Our Governance and Experience team is responsible for ensuring a safe, trustworthy, and seamless experience for all of our end users; Sellers, Buyers, and Creators. Through product analysis, modeling, and experimentation we focus on policy, risk detection, content quality, and creating a friction-free experience. Our Data Science team is focused on defining key metrics and uncovering insights that will inform cross-functional stakeholders like Product, Engineering, and other Data Science teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the construction of the indicator system and dashboard of international e-commerce governance and experience products, analysis of product issues, optimization of corresponding product links and capabilities. You will also be responsible for the planning and design of related product page buried points and establishment of A/B test iteration system. Additionally, you will plan and design governance and experience business strategies, multi-dimensional data models, and output and landing of corresponding analysis results, providing decision support for business and management, and promoting the realization of business data productization. Furthermore, you will design and optimize governance and experience related strategies, rules, and product functions, understanding platform rules and potential risks, and assisting in optimizing decision engines. Collaboration is key, as you will need to organize relevant teams to understand and use data products, skills, and tools, promoting data-based operations of business departments. Lastly, mentoring junior members within the team will be an important aspect of your role.
