About the position

The Operations Integration & Solutions Manager at TikTok Shop will play a crucial role in enhancing the fulfillment center operations by driving product development strategies, managing new product introductions, and ensuring seamless supply chain integration. This position requires collaboration across various teams to innovate and improve operational processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operations teams & Product teams to develop and drive product development strategies aligned with the organization's supply chain objectives and market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, operations, tech development, S&OP, and transportation to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement with a focus on fulfillment operations, warehouse management and transportation.
  • Drive the NPI process, from concept ideation to launch, ensuring all milestones are met within the defined timelines and meet customer demands.
  • Evaluate existing supply chain processes and systems to identify integration points for new products.
  • Work closely with tech and operations teams to integrate new products seamlessly into the supply chain, optimizing inventory management, production scheduling, and distribution processes.
  • Establish quality standards and performance metrics for new products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement throughout the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives based on business needs and resource constraints.
  • Act as a liaison between product development, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment of goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in program management, sprint cycle management, product development, supply chain management, operations, or equivalent.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
