The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating product strategies that empower sellers to improve their product assortment, availability, and post-purchase functions. In this position, you will advocate for the implementation of features that enable sellers to optimize their product range and streamline post-purchase processes. You will need to understand market practices and familiarize yourself with mainstream competitors while gathering feedback from merchants to identify their fulfillment pain points. Your expertise in merchant tool design and mid-end system design will be essential in creating highly reusable product solutions that meet the needs of our global merchants. Additionally, you will set and monitor product metrics that impact performance related to merchant tools, identifying product issues and formulating solutions based on data effectiveness. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work across logistics, supply chain, cross-functional, and technology teams to ensure alignment with our product roadmap and feasible delivery within resource constraints.
