About the position

The Product Manager for Seller and Category Solutions at TikTok Shop will play a crucial role in enhancing the e-commerce experience on the platform. This position focuses on developing innovative product strategies and solutions for various categories, including beauty, fashion, and home & living, to improve customer and seller experiences while driving revenue growth. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute product roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic, complex projects independently across multiple global product domains.
  • Define product design, strategy, and roadmap, setting performance metrics.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze financial impact and validate product solution design recommendations.
  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and solution design.
  • Prepare detailed product requirement documents in collaboration with internal domain product managers.
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop comprehensive GTM strategies for feature launches.
  • Drive continuous product solution innovation with deep industry, customer, competitive, and data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in product management in the e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally on large, complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong bias for action to deliver solid business results.
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
