About the position

The Product Manager for TikTok Shop's Shopping Center is responsible for driving user growth and expanding the user base of the TikTok Shop tab. This role involves data analysis, user research, and product design to enhance user experience and conversion rates. The position requires strong coordination with various teams to implement effective strategies and achieve growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for user growth of TikTok shoptab user growth and the sustained and rapid expansion of its user base.
  • Oriented by the goal of user growth, through data analysis and user research, define the core direction and ways of product growth.
  • Explore the motivations and demands of different scenarios and different groups of users, and conduct targeted, precise and effective product design to increase user conversion.
  • Have strong promotion ability, coordinate resources in all directions, link up teams such as product research and development to implement actions, and be responsible for the result.

Requirements

  • Excellent logical and structural thinking, good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Good user perspective and product design ability, able to deeply understand user needs and ensure user shopping experience.
  • Goal-oriented, excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more work experience, and e-commerce user growth / strategy product experience is preferred.
