As part of the Global E-commerce team, we are seeking a Product Manager to drive user growth for TikTok Shop's newest feature, the TikTok Shop Shopping Center. This feature serves as a central hub for users to discover promotions and a wider product assortment from TikTok Shop merchants, all while managing their orders within a single tab. The role is pivotal in ensuring the sustained and rapid expansion of the user base for the TikTok Shop tab. In this position, you will be responsible for defining the core direction and strategies for product growth, guided by data analysis and user research. You will explore the motivations and demands of various user groups and scenarios, conducting targeted product design to enhance user conversion rates. Your ability to coordinate resources across teams, including product research and development, will be crucial in implementing effective actions and achieving results. We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent logical and structural thinking, strong data analysis skills, and a good understanding of user needs. You should be goal-oriented with exceptional communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
