About the position

The Product Marketing Data Analytics and Insights Manager at TikTok Shop is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across marketing campaigns and product strategies. This role focuses on analyzing campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and supporting strategic planning to enhance TikTok's e-commerce ecosystem. The manager will collaborate with various teams to refine product offerings and contribute to TikTok's reputation as a thought leader in the e-commerce space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into product marketing campaign performance, including go-to-market (GTM) launches.
  • Implement attribution models to assess the effectiveness of different marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Regularly report on campaign ROI and key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Use advanced analytics to mine product data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Provide actionable insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine product offerings based on customer behavior and market trends.
  • Support strategic planning by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop compelling case studies and presentations that highlight TikTok Shop's success through data.
  • Contribute to internal and external content marketing to build our reputation as a thought leader.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI for dashboarding and visual analytics.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis.
  • Background in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
  • Proven track record of applying data analysis to solve business problems and drive strategic solutions.
  • Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing analytics a plus.
