About the position

The TikTok E-commerce Governance Platform Product team is responsible for the efficiency and experience of the governance strategy operations, strategy products, and customer service teams. This team is dedicated to building a global governance and control platform equipped with operational tools that provide efficient product solutions for multi-market and multi-risk scenarios governance. The role of the Product Operation Manager involves overseeing the operation of global e-commerce governance engine products, which include the internal risk control platform, external business talent violation center, and appeal center. In this position, you will be tasked with planning and constructing the product operation system of the governance engine. This includes establishing a monitoring index system, conducting data traction, organizing the go-to-market (GTM) system and processes, and enhancing product penetration and user satisfaction. You will also be responsible for formulating a cooperation system between the product, research and development (RD) team, and local, regional, and global operation teams. This involves converging and filtering product feedback from operators, merchants, and experts, and outputting effective solutions to improve product capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong product perspective, business acumen, and user insight, along with a proactive approach to teamwork and collaboration across different teams and countries. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operation of global e-commerce governance engine products, including internal risk control platform, external business talent violation center, and appeal center.
  • Be responsible for planning and building the product operation system of the governance engine.
  • Establish monitoring index system, conduct data traction, sort out GTM system and process, and improve product penetration and satisfaction.
  • Formulate the cooperation system between product, RD team and local / regional / global operation teams, converge and filter the product problems feedback by operators, merchants and experts, output effective solutions and improve product capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years of working experience, at least 1 year of experience in product operation.
  • Excellent product perspective & business perspective & user perspective.
  • Strong sense of cooperation, with good cross-team & cross-country cooperation interface.
  • Strong initiative, able to do a good job of filling in for the team.
