About the position
The Product Operations Lead for Creator & Affiliate at TikTok Shop is responsible for defining and executing the global affiliate product operation strategy. This role involves collaboration with local operation teams to align on business goals and market-specific strategies, leveraging market analysis to drive results through detailed execution plans. The position is integral to enhancing the platform's ability to connect merchants with consumers through affiliate creators, thereby driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Define global affiliate product operation strategy based on overall product strategy.
- Co-own the affiliate business goals with local operation teams and together define market specific product strategy.
- Work with PM, Ops, algorithm and other teams to define detailed execution plans and drive for results based on market analysis.
Requirements
- Solid ecommerce marketplace product or operation experience.
- In-depth understanding of merchandising strategy, especially how to leverage different strategies to drive business growth.
- Knowledgeable about creator (influencer) ecosystem and prior experience working with creator products are preferred.
- Bachelor degree is required.
