This team drives product education, adoption, and revenue, acting as the voice of the market by collecting and prioritizing insights that shape the future of TikTok's eCommerce offerings. Your role will involve setting and maintaining category structures, analyzing user behavior and market trends, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the platform's operational efficiency and user experience. You will be tasked with establishing management processes for categories, iterating on category structures based on internal and external feedback, and working closely with product and R&D teams to develop effective product requirements.
