About the position

The Product Solutions & Operations team at TikTok plays a crucial role in building comprehensive go-to-market plans for TikTok's eCommerce products. This team is responsible for driving product education, adoption, and revenue, acting as the voice of the market by collecting and prioritizing insights that shape the future of TikTok's eCommerce offerings. The ideal candidate for the Product Solutions and Operations Manager role will thrive in a dynamic environment, simplifying complex challenges and executing strategic initiatives with agility. They will be customer-focused, utilizing feedback to enhance customer experiences and behaviors, and will possess a strong analytical mindset to set ambitious targets and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Simplify complex challenges and drive solutions with speed and agility.
  • Support long-term business plans and execute prioritized strategic initiatives.
  • Make customer-centric recommendations and decisions across all customer touch points.
  • Understand customer behavior and develop solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Collect, prioritize, and share meaningful insights with the product team.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in product operations and strategy in the internet industry, with e-commerce or retail experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in influencing product development and strategy using quantitative and qualitative market insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable navigating global organizational structures and aligning objectives with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a bias for action, comfortable with setting ambitious targets and executing rapid trial and error iterations.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in related fields (Computer Science, Business Analytics, MBA) is preferred.
  • A deep passion for content and shopping.
