As a Product Strategy and Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption of TikTok's eCommerce platform by end-users, merchants, creators, and TikTok employees. This position involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Research & Development, business operations, and various other counterparts to develop product strategies and manage inbound and outbound responsibilities. In this role, you will conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative market studies to gather deep insights into purchasing and content-consumption behavior of end-users, as well as the business practices and preferences of merchants and creators. You will be responsible for managing input and feedback from various types of users, partnering with the product management team to devise product strategies that ensure long-term vision and success for the product. Your analytical skills will be essential as you prioritize product requirements based on market studies and user feedback, and participate in the product development lifecycle to ensure quality. You will also plan, orchestrate, and execute go-to-market activities, including product documentation and target audience activation plans. Monitoring key performance indicators and conducting gap analysis will be part of your responsibilities, as well as leading a team of Product Strategy and Operations individuals to ensure their growth and success. This position requires a strong communicator who thrives in a diverse work environment and is comfortable navigating global organizational structures.
