About the position

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, with a mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. The Product Strategy and Operations Manager for CRM will play a crucial role in building an innovative eCommerce ecosystem that is secure and intuitive for users. This position is part of the Product Solutions and Operations team (PSO), which is dedicated to driving CRM SaaS products for sellers, creators, partners, and internal operations. The team focuses on enabling users to leverage CRM products to identify performance issues, generate insights, and optimize their operations. In this role, the manager will be responsible for proposing market requirements by conducting thorough research with merchants, creators, partners, and internal operations. They will convert business-related issues into data-driven solutions and collaborate with business operations teams and product managers on proof of concept initiatives. The manager will also design success metrics for products, utilizing ROI analysis to prioritize product requirements and propose roadmaps to product managers. As a Go-To-Market (GTM) leader, the manager will develop and execute the GTM plan for products, including objectives, content strategy, and channel strategy, ensuring successful product adoption. Project management skills will be essential as the manager will work with cross-functional teams to lead data-driven key projects, manage roadmaps, and facilitate project progress. This position requires a goal-driven individual who is comfortable setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, and executing rapid trial and error iterations to drive constant improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for proposing market requirements by conducting research with merchants, creators, partners, and internal operations.
  • Convert business-related issues into data-driven solutions and collaborate with business operations teams and product managers on proof of concept initiatives.
  • Design success metrics for products using ROI analysis to prioritize product requirements and propose roadmaps to product managers.
  • Develop and execute the Go-To-Market plan for products, including GTM objectives, content strategy, and channel strategy.
  • Lead product adoption achievement and land executions with supporting marketing functions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to lead data-driven key projects, manage roadmaps, and facilitate project progress.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience consulting or product design for eCommerce or CRM applications for business.
  • Experience in a client-facing role or business partnering roles, interfacing with marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to set ambitious targets, analyze the status quo, and plan a course of action.
  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
