About the position

As part of the Seller Growth Operations team, the Seller Growth Operation Manager, Acquisition will play a crucial role in building and managing day-to-day operations for Merchants and Sellers on the TikTok Shop platform. This position is pivotal in driving full-funnel product education, acquisition, incubation, analytics, and strategy for all Merchants and Sellers. The team acts as the voice of the market, collecting, prioritizing, and sharing meaningful insights to shape the future of TikTok's Seller Growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new sellers to the TikTok Shop platform across various categories and channels. This includes conducting mass vendor acquisition through a high volume of outreach via outbound cold calls, direct and personalized emails, instant messaging, and other channels. You will be tasked with developing a pitching cadence to effectively overcome prospect objections and onboarding blockers. Additionally, you will review and monitor essential performance targets and KPIs to grow individual acquisition pipelines, managing the end-to-end leads onboarding process independently. Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new sellers to the TikTok Shop platform across various categories and channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with proven significant experience in seller growth strategy or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office portfolio and experience with CRM and lead management.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high ROI projects.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
