About the position

As part of our commitment to this mission, we are seeking a Seller Growth Operation Manager for Lifecycle Marketing to join our dynamic team in Seattle, WA. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our e-commerce platform, TikTok Shop, which has seen tremendous growth in recent years. The e-commerce industry is highly competitive, and TikTok aims to deliver a unique and engaging shopping experience that resonates with our millions of loyal users globally. In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new sellers to the TikTok Shop platform across various categories and channels. You will conduct mass vendor acquisition through multiple channels, including direct and personalized emails and instant messaging. Your role will involve pitching to potential sellers, overcoming objections, and addressing onboarding blockers to ensure a smooth transition onto our platform. You will also be tasked with reviewing and monitoring essential performance targets and KPIs to grow individual acquisition pipelines, managing the end-to-end onboarding process independently. The Seller Growth Operations team is dedicated to building day-to-day operations for Merchants and Sellers on the TikTok Shop platform. This team acts as the voice of the market, collecting, prioritizing, and sharing meaningful insights to shape the future of TikTok's Seller Growth initiatives. We are looking for passionate and talented individuals who can contribute to building an innovative, secure, and intuitive e-commerce ecosystem for our users and brands.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new sellers to the TikTok Shop platform across various categories and channels.

  • Pitch to potential sellers, overcoming objections and onboarding blockers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Proven significant experience in seller growth strategy or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office portfolio and experience with CRM and lead management.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high ROI projects.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
