As a Senior Content Designer for TikTok Shop, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience through clear and expressive writing. You will be responsible for executing content design and UX writing for TikTok Shop Consumer workstreams, ensuring that our products are not only functional but also engaging and intuitive for users. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including Product Management, Product Design, Brand and Marketing, Engineering, and Localization teams, to promote content design within TikTok. You will also work closely with Content Designers on the Seller and Creator side of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, fostering a cohesive product narrative across global teams. In this role, you will lead initiatives aimed at improving processes and increasing the impact of our content design efforts. You will craft, proofread, and edit concise, conversational product UI content, contributing to the evolution of TikTok Shop's content, voice, and style guidelines. Your ability to meet and align with teams across different time zones will be essential in driving a unified product narrative. Additionally, you will participate in design critiques to ensure consistency and enhance content quality across monetization products, while also mentoring and supporting other Content Designers on the team.
