The TikTok E-commerce Governance Platform Product team is responsible for the efficiency and experience of the governance strategy operations, strategy products, and customer service teams. The team works on building a global governance and control platform with operation tools. The team provides efficient product solutions for multi-market and multi-risk scenarios governance. This role involves the overall planning and construction of the global e-commerce governance platform, which includes the data monitoring platform, analysis & investigation platform, risk cases management platform, as well as middle & back-end product capacity building. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing the global governance platform to provide users with efficient and convenient internal operation tools. The ideal candidate will possess high data analysis abilities, enabling them to discover problems or opportunity areas and drive business growth through effective problem solving. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate with teams that may not have English as a first language. This position requires a self-driven individual who can articulate data-driven product requirements, focusing on discovery and improvement with a commitment to perfection.
