About the position

The Senior Product Manager for TikTok's E-commerce Governance and Experience team will lead initiatives to ensure a safe and trustworthy marketplace for users, sellers, and creators. This role focuses on developing governance strategies, enhancing user satisfaction, and implementing technical solutions to improve TikTok shopping experiences. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams to address risks and foster a healthy ecosystem for e-commerce on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the external articulation of e-commerce seller and creator governance strategies, balancing business growth and risk mitigation.
• Design seller and creator credit and incentive functions through educational interfaces, enhancing ecosystem vitality.
• Develop a robust monitoring system for seller operations and influencer behaviors, employing data-driven analysis to identify issues.
• Address merchant, influencer, and user feedback, refining and implementing rules and leading product design.
• Foster seamless internal communication and collaboration across different product verticals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• High data sensitivity with the ability to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Proven experience in international products, community/social products, UGC platforms, and supply-demand platforms.
• Passionate about content and e-commerce business.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in constructing B-end workbenches and strategizing account security products.
• Adept at consolidating complex Product Requirement Documents across multiple product domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
