The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product strategies and solutions for TikTok Shopping in North America, focusing on listing governance and safety features. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams to develop and implement product features that enhance safety and quality in the TikTok shopping experience. You will be tasked with creating governance and ecosystem features, as well as technical strategies to improve the overall shopping experience. Additionally, you will work on methods to detect and address risky behaviors and actors within TikTok's E-commerce ecosystem, ensuring a secure environment for all participants. As a product manager, you will own the product vision and develop a roadmap for the listing governance vertical. You will establish metrics to measure the success of product features, analyze results, and partner with other teams to create action plans and recommendations for enhancements. Your responsibilities will also include designing and implementing product solutions that ensure listing safety and quality, as well as providing a smooth listing experience for sellers. You will proactively mitigate risks by designing listing checkpoints and approval enhancements, and you will provide insights on product performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced setting. You will work closely with the modeling team to develop strategies and optimize products to increase automation and reduce errors.
