This global team is responsible for developing policies, rules, and systems that enhance user satisfaction and maintain quality within the TikTok Shopping platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and will be tasked with driving product strategies and solutions specifically for listing governance in the North American region. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams to create safety product features and strategies that enhance the TikTok shopping experience. You will focus on governance and ecosystem features, as well as technical strategies aimed at detecting and addressing risky behaviors within TikTok's E-commerce ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include owning the product vision, developing a product roadmap, and implementing solutions that ensure listing safety and quality. You will also be responsible for designing listing checkpoints to proactively mitigate risks and enhance the listing approval process. As a product manager, you will analyze product performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and improvements. You will work closely with the modeling team to define thresholds for model deployment and optimize products to increase automation while reducing errors. This position requires a balance between seller experience, user experience, and creator experience, making it essential to manage prioritization and trade-offs effectively.
