As a Senior Product Manager for the Seller Incubation Short Video team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience for Merchants on our platform. This position focuses on creating an end-to-end experience for Merchants, including aspects such as Seller Onboarding, Catalog Management, and Logistics. The Seller Commerce team is dedicated to providing efficient solutions that improve the overall quality of life for Merchants, and your contributions will be essential in achieving this goal. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying the key factors that motivate sellers to publish short videos or conduct live shows to promote their products on TikTok Shop. You will partner with designers, engineers, and data scientists to build technology, systems, and products that redefine how our community expresses themselves through short video education and tool products. Your ability to identify trends in data will help establish product vision and plan both short- and long-term roadmaps. You will execute throughout the product development process by gathering and defining requirements, writing specifications, creating wireframes and workflows, running user studies, conducting A/B tests, and coordinating marketing and other launch plans. Your role will require you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, think creatively, and approach key problems with a system-level mindset. You will also need to communicate concisely and influence outcomes, ensuring that the products you create are delightful, polished, and performant for end-users in the US market and on any device.
