About the position

As a Senior Product Manager for TikTok Shop, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and transaction scale of our Store/Showcase/branding product. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the shopping experience on TikTok, ensuring it is both entertaining and efficient for our customers. You will leverage various methods, including data analysis, industry research, and user research, to identify optimization opportunities and design effective product solutions. Your efforts will focus on improving user penetration, conversion efficiency, and repurchase retention through strategic product planning and collaborative operations. In this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the ecosystem involving industry merchants and experts. You will be tasked with linking various products, production, and transportation within industry lines, continuously optimizing supply chains and merchant trust. Your work will directly contribute to promoting positive business operations for our merchants, ensuring that they can thrive within the TikTok ecosystem. This position requires a proactive approach to product management, where you will formulate short, medium, and long-term product plans and implement them effectively. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for TikTok Shop Store/Showcase/branding product, responsible for User Experience and transaction scale
  • Based on various methods such as data analysis, industry research, user research, find optimization directions, and design and implement product solutions
  • Continuously improve user penetration, conversion efficiency, and repurchase retention in the domain through product planning and collaborative operation
  • Understand the ecosystem of industry merchants and experts, link various products, production and transportation, industry lines, continuously optimize supply and merchant trust, and promote positive business operations for merchants

Requirements

  • 5 years of product experience, e-commerce, trading, and content community Internationalization product experience is preferred
  • Excellent English proficiency, ability to read and edit English documents, and communicate and collaborate with local Transportation, Design, and Operation teams
  • Possess good product planning and solution perspective, be able to break down product methods from business problems, proactively formulate short, medium, and long-term product plans, and gradually implement them
  • Strong data analysis, ability to discover product problems through data, and independently propose product solutions
  • Have good user empathy, business logic, and be able to fully understand the project background and evaluate project results
  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills, ability to identify problems and promote upstream and downstream teams, coordinate relevant resources and make reasonable use of them; good interpersonal relationship management skills, strong ability to withstand pressure
