The TikTok Shop Vertical Solutions product team is dedicated to providing comprehensive product solutions for various e-commerce categories, including beauty, fashion, home and living, and more. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and growth within the commerce sector, which has seen significant expansion in recent years. As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners across the e-commerce product organization to develop product strategies and execute on the product roadmap, delivering new innovations for both internal and external stakeholders. In this position, you will be responsible for developing category-specific strategies in partnership with strategic account teams, aiming to open new categories on TikTok Shop and drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). You will engage closely with merchants to understand their current and future needs, designing and promoting TikTok commerce solutions that enable seller success on the platform. Establishing clear success metrics and business growth plans will be essential to your role. Additionally, you will develop product solutions and roadmaps, collaborating with internal product domain managers on product design, development, launch, and post-launch growth. Continuous product solution innovation will be a key focus, leveraging deep industry insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to lead innovation in TikTok's commerce solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring that TikTok remains at the forefront of the e-commerce landscape.
