In this position, the Senior Product Strategy and Operation Manager will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Research & Development teams, business operations, and various other stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of TikTok's eCommerce platform. This role encompasses both inbound and outbound responsibilities, contributing to the development of product strategy that aligns with the overall goals of TikTok Commerce. The creator and affiliate PSO team is dedicated to building products that empower merchants to connect with consumers and scale their sales through content generated by affiliate creators. The responsibilities include defining a global creator product and operation strategy that aligns with the overall product strategy, co-owning creator business goals with local operation teams, and defining market-specific product strategies. The role also involves conducting market analysis and collaborating with various teams to create detailed execution plans that drive results.
