The role of Senior Product Strategy and Operation Manager for Creator and Affiliates is pivotal in the rapidly growing commerce industry, which has become a competitive space among leading internet companies. TikTok Commerce aims to redefine global eCommerce by integrating rich content and fostering joy in the shopping experience. In this position, the Senior Product Strategy and Operation Manager will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Research & Development teams, business operations, and various other stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of TikTok's eCommerce platform. This role encompasses both inbound and outbound responsibilities, contributing to the development of product strategy that aligns with the overall goals of TikTok Commerce. The creator and affiliate PSO team is dedicated to building products that empower merchants to connect with consumers and scale their sales through content generated by affiliate creators. The responsibilities include defining a global creator product and operation strategy that aligns with the overall product strategy, co-owning creator business goals with local operation teams, and defining market-specific product strategies. The role also involves conducting market analysis and collaborating with various teams to create detailed execution plans that drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Define global creator product and operation strategy based on overall product strategy.
  • Co-own the creator business goals with local operation teams and together define market specific product strategy.
  • Based on market analysis, work with PM, Ops, algorithm and other teams to define detailed execution plans and drive for results.

Requirements

  • Solid ecommerce marketplace product or operation experience.
  • In depth understanding of merchandising strategy, especially how to leverage different strategies to drive business growth.
  • Knowledgeable about creator (influencer) ecosystem and prior experience working with creator products are preferred.
  • Bachelor degree is required.
