In this role, you will develop and implement dashboards to optimize transportation capacity planning, monitor and analyze transportation metrics to pinpoint root causes, and capture and monitor progress. Your ability to ensure timely publication and communication in collaboration with stakeholders will be essential for seamless capacity planning. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring adherence to national transportation goals.
• Establish key metrics and measurements for detailed capacity planning across all transportation modalities.
• Develop and implement dashboards to optimize transportation capacity planning.
• Monitor and analyze transportation metrics to pinpoint root causes and capture progress.
• Ensure timely publication and communication in collaboration with stakeholders for seamless capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in transportation or logistics management with a focus on capacity planning.
• Proven abilities and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in building dashboards and capacity planning tools.
• Expertise in data analytical skills and business intelligence like SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead capacity planning for complex logistics scenarios.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with AI and big data, modeling, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong background in statistical analysis and performance metric development.
• Experience in developing training programs and operational guidelines for logistics teams.
