As a Senior Data Analyst for TikTok Shop's US Operations, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing key business metrics that drive our e-commerce platform. This position requires a proactive and self-driven individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and availability. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting frameworks that facilitate business reviews and provide actionable insights to optimize performance. In this role, you will continuously monitor metrics such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention metrics. You will identify trends and anomalies, and work closely with data engineers and other analysts to coordinate resources during metric change events. Your ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, including senior management, will be essential for driving strategic decision-making. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining interactive dashboards and data visualizations that enable stakeholders to access relevant information efficiently. Conducting in-depth data analysis to uncover actionable insights and responding to ad-hoc data requests will be part of your daily responsibilities. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency through validation checks and collaboration with data engineering teams will be critical to your success in this role.
