Responsibilities

  • Perform all activities necessary to process data for payroll and billing, including time validation and entry.
  • Reconcile payroll to billing reports and process billing through client systems.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, posting information onto designated records.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls as necessary.
  • Perform timekeeping duties for assigned field personnel.
  • Compile, validate, and enter labor, per diem, and equipment into systems for payroll and billing.
  • Reconcile payroll, billing, and client system data to ensure accuracy and expedite payment.
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and other departments.
