About the position

The Timekeeping and Contractor Administrator at BASF in Port Arthur, TX is responsible for managing contractor timekeeping processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining compliance with contract terms. This role involves close collaboration with Contract Supervisors and BASF coordinators to validate contractor hours and communicate invoice data effectively. The position requires expertise in ATLIS reporting and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Become the site expert for ATLIS reporting.
• Assist the site general maintenance contractor with the timekeeping program to generate SAP records and manage contractor invoicing.
• Validate and enter rate changes for contractors.
• Assist with ATLIS FCO and Estimating modules and submit time entries for small contract companies.
• Review contractor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Ensure correct application of rates and markups on contractor invoices.
• Validate hours billed against time records and contract agreements.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation regarding rates and equipment usage.
• Assist with Gate Scans to audit labor outside of ATLIS.
• Sustain contractor rates data in the database.
• Assist in internal audits for contractor charging compliance.
• Communicate effectively with Contract Supervisors and BASF Coordinators regarding invoice data and contractor hours verification.
• Support data mining, assessment, and KPI reporting for Contract Supervisors and BASF Coordinators.
• Audit ATLIS timekeepers who enter time for supported sites.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance or industrial construction environment.
• Knowledge of construction and maintenance processes and terminology, including commercial terms and conditions.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI Dashboards.
• Experience in reviewing and interpreting invoices and contracts.
