About the position

The Employee Timekeeping Auditor is responsible for ensuring accurate submission and verification of employee timekeeping data. This role involves auditing time sheets, managing rosters, and supporting HR functions within an active construction environment. The position is temporary, lasting between 15 to 20 weeks, and requires attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Attend necessary meetings and calls.
  • Collect all rosters and audit rosters vs Replicon, making adjustments as needed.
  • Track missed punches and provide information to HR/PM.
  • Update total head count onsite from roster data.
  • Document management in Replicon/Expense coaching.
  • Support on-site HR representative.
  • Maintain and support organization and cleanliness of office area.
  • Audit rosters vs total hours report on a weekly basis.
  • Sit with leads to verify previous weeks' scope hours and production.
  • Create a spreadsheet of weekly upcoming travel.
  • Review and approve timesheets in Replicon.
  • Communicate with temp agency regarding staffing needs.
  • Resolve any invoice issues with temp agencies/accountants.
  • Check off-site PO Box.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in human resources.
  • 1 year of experience with time & attendance systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong math skills and aptitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable and self-starter.
  • Proficient computer skills and aptitude for learning new software.
