About the position
Sumter Tire & Auto is seeking an experienced Tire and Lube Technician to join their team. The role involves performing oil changes, tire mounting, balancing, and repairs, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The technician will work full-time, primarily during weekdays with some weekend hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes
- Mount and balance tires
- Conduct tire repairs
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in oil changes
- 2 years of experience in tire service
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma preferred; vocational certification or apprenticeship completion is a plus
