About the position

Mavis Tire is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics to join their team in Boca Raton, FL. As leaders in undercar repairs, these mechanics will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing a variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles, including state-mandated inspections and various repairs. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services on vehicles.
• Perform undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and shocks.
• Complete state-mandated inspections.
• Change oil and filters, check fluids, and replace worn parts.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools for undercar repairs.

Nice-to-haves

• State inspection license(s).
• ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5).
