About the position

The Fleet Tire Sales Representative at Royal Oaks Services LLC is responsible for generating sales and building strong relationships with commercial fleet customers in the Bakersfield area. This role requires a motivated individual with strong sales experience and knowledge of the tire industry to provide tire solutions and exceptional customer service to clients in the commercial vehicle market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with fleet customers, trucking companies, and businesses in need of tire services for their commercial vehicles.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored tire solutions and exceptional customer service.
• Provide expert advice to customers on the best tire products for their specific needs (e.g., semi-trucks, heavy-duty equipment, etc.).
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and handle customer orders and contracts.
• Work with the service team to ensure timely delivery and installation of tires for customers.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to better serve clients and stay competitive in the market.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in tire sales, automotive sales, or a related industry.
• Familiarity with commercial fleet operations, tire products, and the trucking industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and offer customized solutions.
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move tires or other products when necessary.
