About the position
The Tire Supplies Sales Representative is responsible for selling tire supplies in the Greater Sacramento Area, covering regions from Sacramento to Redding and East to South Lake Tahoe. This role involves engaging with various businesses that handle large-scale tire repairs, such as tire shops, trucking companies, and construction businesses. The representative will operate a supply truck and is expected to maintain a daily customer log and sales invoices while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Sell tire supplies including wheel weights, valve stems, patches, hand and pneumatic tools, jacks, tire balancers, and large equipment.
- Visit 10 or more customers daily to promote and sell products.
- Maintain a daily customer log and upload sales invoices.
- Drive a supply truck to deliver products and provide on-site service to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in various industries.
Requirements
- Must have a good driving record.
- Good computer skills are required.
- Experience in automotive, truck, or tractor repair shop is a plus.
- Sales experience in tire supplies is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
